We offer full weekend rentals. Our prices reflect the rental amount for the entire weekend, not per day.

PICK UP:

Thursday between 4pm-10pm

DROP OFF:

Monday between 4pm-10pm

We have designed all of our backdrops to be easily transported. Each backdrop folds in half or rolls up to fit into an SUV to make transportation as seamless as possible for our renters. Backdrops will not fit into a small sedan. If you have any concerns about transportation, do not hesitate to contact us.

Ivory + Elm can deliver products within a 30 mile radius for an additional fee of $30. If you're interested in delivery, be sure to select delivery in the additional services drop down menu and provide the delivery address at checkout.

If you need to cancel an order up to 7 days before your event, please contact us and we can issue a full refund. Any order cancelled less than 7 days in advance will receive the security deposit and a 50% refund.
